De Yamaha MT-01 is een unieke motorfiets, een zogenaamde "muscle-bike" die in 2005 werd geïntroduceerd. Kenmerkend is de grote, luchtgekoelde V-twin motor van 1670cc, afkomstig van de Yamaha Warrior, gecombineerd met een sportief ogend chassis en vering.
