Lichtgewicht wielen, gemaakt met behulp van Yamaha's SpinForge-proces en voorzien van op maat gemaakte Bridgestone-banden, dragen bij aan een lichte en wendbare machine, die prachtig is afgestemd op het speelse driecilinder crossplane-motorblok en de hellinggevoelige elektronische rijhulpsystemen.
