De Yamaha MT-09 Y-AMT is een innovatieve toevoeging aan Yamaha’s Hyper Naked-serie, waarbij de krachtige prestaties van de MT-09 worden gecombineerd met een geavanceerd schakelsysteem. De 890cc CP3-driecilindermotor levert 119 pk en 93 Nm koppel, wat zorgt voor een dynamische en sportieve rijervaring.  Het Y-AMT-systeem biedt rijders de keuze tussen volledig automatisch schakelen of handmatige bediening via schakelflippers aan het stuur. Hierdoor kunnen rijders zich volledig concentreren op de weg, terwijl het schakelen soepel en snel verloopt.  Met een rijklaar gewicht van 196 kg en een tankinhoud van 14 liter is de MT-09 Y-AMT zowel wendbaar als geschikt voor langere ritten. De motor is uitgerust met een 5-inch TFT-kleurenscherm, instelbare rijmodi en een smart key-systeem waardoor je je sleutel enkel in je zak hoeft te bewaren gedurende jouw huurperiode.
